1. Approval and Payment Guarantee

Kwacha Loans guarantees that, upon successful submission and approval of all required documentation, payment will be made within 48 hours.

However, the guarantee is subject to external factors, including delays caused by the banks, which are beyond our direct control. Should this happen, it will result in the nullification of the Need4Speed guarantee.

Although Pula Loans aims to process and transfer payments within 24 hours, external banking delays may extend this time. We will notify customers of any such delays as soon as possible.

Pula Loans will not be held liable for any unforeseen delays caused by internal or external or factors, and will notify you of any such delays as soon as possible.

2. Loan Application and Documentation

Customers must submit all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Failure to provide complete and accurate documentation may result in delays or rejection of the loan application. This will result in the nullification of the Need4Speed guarantee.

3. Approval of Loans

Approval is based on the creditworthiness of the applicant and compliance with all the terms outlined in the loan agreement.

Pula Loans reserves the right to reject any loan application without providing reasons, as per the company’s discretion.

4. Bank Delays and Exceptions

Pula Loans is not liable for any delays in the disbursement of funds caused by third-party financial institutions.

While we ensure prompt submission of payment instructions, any processing delays on the part of third parties may result in funds being received beyond the stated 48-hour period.

5. Repayment Terms

Repayments are expected to be made on the due dates as specified in the loan agreement.

In cases of default, Pula Loans reserves the right to take legal action and recover the outstanding amounts through approved legal channels.

6. Data Protection and Confidentiality

Pula Loans respects your privacy and will handle all personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data will only be used for purposes directly related to the loan application and approval process.

Your data will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or necessary for loan processing.

7. Modifications to the Terms

Pula Loans reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or updates on our website. Continued use of our services after changes to the terms will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with Botswana laws.
